1. Information, not legal advice

VisaPal organizes public information from U.S. government sources and helps you track dates you enter. It does not assess eligibility, predict outcomes, choose or fill out forms, or recommend a visa or a lawyer. Using VisaPal does not create an attorney-client relationship. SecondEarth AI, Inc. is not a law firm or a government agency and is not affiliated with USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, CBP or any government agency. Confirm decisions about your case with a licensed U.S. immigration attorney or a DOJ-accredited representative.

2. Your dates and reminders

Reminders are based on the dates you enter. Check them against your official documents (I-94, visa, EAD, I-20/DS-2019, approval notices). Rules, fees and processing times change; every card shows its source and the date we last checked it. We do not guarantee that information is complete or current, or that a notification will be delivered.

3. Subscriptions

VisaPal Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (yearly or monthly). Price, billing period and any free trial are shown before purchase in the app. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or trial). Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

On iOS, the Apple Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it to violate any law.

5. Liability

VisaPal is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, SecondEarth AI, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the app, including missed deadlines. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for VisaPal in the 12 months before the claim.
